Do you ever feel a part of your brain shift when you learn something new or think of something in a different way and it’s almost as if you have different eyes? All of the sudden you can breathe more deeply and daily life ebbs and flows with grace. Laughter comes easily and you can enjoy yourself and those around you, being fully engaged in your life. You are relaxed, trust your mind and your body, and genuinely feel like yourself. Isn’t it great that this happens so often in your life?

Here in reality-land, you may find yourself stuck in certain behaviors or thought patterns that keep you from connecting with others and reaching your true potential. Irritating automatic negative thoughts might sound like, “I’m not good enough,” or “there’s something wrong with me,” among a whole slew of other self-defeating smack-downs we tell ourselves.
